These Terms of Service govern your use of besewbizzy.com and any purchases or class registrations made through the site or in person at Be Sew Bizzy, 4446 W. Cerritos Ave, Los Alamitos, CA 90720. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. If you have a question about an item before purchasing, please contact us — we are happy to help.

Orders and Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely through Square. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Order errors caused by technical issues or misconfigurations with the website will result in cancellation of the order. If you still want the order after it is cancelled, please contact us to discuss how we may be able to help.

California sales tax applies to taxable products based on the destination ZIP code. Shipping charges are not taxable.

Shipping

We attempt to ship all orders of in-stock items within one week from the date of the order. Some items may go out of stock — we replenish them as soon as possible. Items on our website are either in stock or available to us from our distributors.

Be Sew Bizzy is not responsible for shipping delays, whether for items that need to be ordered from our vendors or for delays in transit to customers.

Standard shipping is a flat $8.00 per order. Large or bulky items may incur additional shipping fees — we will contact you if this is the case. Free in-store pickup is available at 4446 W. Cerritos Ave, Los Alamitos, CA 90720.

Be Sew Bizzy is a one-person shop. If you need something in a hurry, please contact us to see what we can do. Thank you for your patience.

Pre-Orders

All orders containing pre-order items will be held until all items are released by the vendors and received by Be Sew Bizzy. If you need available items sooner, please contact us to arrange a separate shipment — additional shipping costs will apply.

Fabric Kits

Some fabric kits are cut in store. Depending on order volume, kits cut in store may take up to six weeks to ship.

Class and Event Registration

  • Payment is required at registration to hold your spot
  • Class capacity is limited; registration is first-come, first-served
  • If a class is full, you may join the waitlist and will be notified if a spot opens
  • Event fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Be Sew Bizzy
  • We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment; registered students will receive a full refund

Coupons and Discounts

Coupon codes are valid only during their stated validity period and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly noted. Pre-order discounts expire on the item’s ship date.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including photography, text, and the Be Sew Bizzy name and logo — is owned by Be Sew Bizzy or licensed for our use. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without written permission. Pattern and project designs sold on this site are subject to their respective publishers’ copyright terms.

Limitation of Liability

Be Sew Bizzy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products and services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the transaction giving rise to that claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
