Made in the USA from durable, high-quality acrylic, this ruler features Creative Grids' exclusive non-slip grip that holds fabric in place once pressure is applied, preventing slipping during cutting. Easy-to-read black markings, 1/4in dashed seam allowance lines, and a clear center line support accurate, repeatable cuts. Use strips from 2in to 8in wide to create finished plates ranging from 6-1/2in to 16-1/2in across. A 3in diameter circle template for the plate center is included, along with fully illustrated instructions and a background square cutting chart. Requires a rotary cutter and cutting mat for use.
