Clover Double Sided Basting Tape

Double Sided Basting Tape from Clover / Nancy Zieman Notions is a acrylic adhesive rayon tape that temporarily bonds two layers of fabric, paper, plastic, or wood without pinning. Simply apply the sticky side to one layer, peel off the paper backing, and press onto the second layer to hold pieces in place for stitching.

Once the seam or edge is sewn, the tape can be left in place and does not need to be removed. It is well suited for bag construction, zipper insertion, applique placement, and other quilting or sewing projects where accurate, pin-free positioning is helpful.

Each roll measures 1/2 inch wide by 7.5 yards long. No special tools are required beyond the tape itself and the fabric or material being joined.
